Our Christmas pre-order shop is now open. Preorders are a seperate order from our regular shop, and you will be asked to register for a account.

Ordering & Delivery

We will deliver your festive food as close to the big day as possible. Look out for an email message, sent when we can confirm. 

Delivery costs £7.95

Our courier partner delivers to most of the UK. Use our postcode checker on the checkout page to check your area. If you aren’t offered a shipping option please contact us at [email protected] and we will give you an individual quote.

Tracking

If you place an order online, you will receive a live tracking code from our courier. The courier will keep you up to date with an estimated time or when you can expect to receive your delivery. Our customer service team will also track every parcel we send.

How does my meat stay chilled?

All chilled items are delivered in thermal packaging with chill packs, to remain deliciously cold during the journey and on your doorstep. Our special sustainable thermal packaging can be reused or recycled. Our chill packs are pure water and can be reused – pop them in your freezer to use another time – or emptied down your sink, and the plastic pack recycled.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
